Pricing questions

Is StokTakip free?

During early access every plan is free, and we don't ask for a credit card or any payment details. The Free plan stays free once paid plans start. We'll let you know before that happens.

Do prices include VAT?

No. Prices are shown excluding VAT; 20% Turkish VAT is added on the invoice.

What do I get for paying yearly?

With yearly billing you pay for 10 months instead of 12, so two months of the year are free.

Can I change my plan later?

You choose a plan when you set up your organization. During early access, plan changes can't be made from the dashboard yet; self-service plan changes will come with the billing system.

What happens when I reach a plan limit?

Limits apply per organization. When you reach your warehouse limit, for example, you can't add another warehouse; your existing data is never deleted or changed.

Which payment methods will you accept?

Billing isn't live yet. We'll announce the supported payment methods before paid plans start.

Will I get an invoice?

Yes. Once paid plans start, every payment comes with an invoice in your or your company's name.

How do I close my account?

There's no subscription to cancel during early access. The organization owner can delete the account from Settings at any time, and the data can be restored for 30 days.
